SIGN Istanbul took place last September with the participation of 300 companies from 21 countries, including Turkey, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Croatia and Egypt. The Fair was visited by a total of 23,516 professionals, 3,296 of whom were from abroad. Following the success of 2019’s SIGN Istanbul, preparations for the 2020 event have begun and are progressing at full speed. Tarsus Turkey Fair Director Ulaş KILIÇ said that all the exhibitors are aiming for yet another successful fair with maximum commercial benefit. He added that “printing on all kinds of products can be effected with the machines showcased in the Fair, and the sector’s leading exhibitors have already reserved their space”.
As a long-established international fair, SIGN Istanbul has a trade volume that directly contributes to the national economy every year. SIGN Istanbul, organized within the body of the Tarsus Group, which presents hundreds of fair organizations worldwide, is under the same roof as Label Expo and Brand Print, one of the sector’s most important events. At SIGN Istanbul, trends leading the industrial advertising and digital printing sector are exhibited together, as the Fair continues to maintain its premier position with its reputation, high prestige, and years of demonstrated results.
Held on a total area of 30,000 m2, from September 17-20, SIGN Istanbul is expected to be visited by 25,000 industry professionals from all over the world and 3,500 overseas. Approximately 350 exhibitors from 30 countries will take part. In 2019, SIGN Istanbul increased the number of overseas buyers by 17%; this year it aims to increase interest exponentially, especially from the Middle East and European countries.
As the biggest fair in Eurasia, SIGN Istanbul will feature a product range organized under the main headings of “Digital Printing, Textile Printing, Sign Technology, Visual Communication, LED & LED Display, Industrial Printing, 3D Printing and Promotion”, while all sectoral innovations of 2020 – from digital printing machines to screen printing machines, from textile printing to laser machines, from LED systems to industrial advertising products, and from 3D printing technologies to visual communication and display equipment – will be presented together.
