printpack alger Moves to an Annual Exhibition Cycle

2025 edition to be held from 24-26 February, 2025

The 10th edition of printpack alger, a key platform for showcasing printing and packaging technologies, will be held at Palais des Expositions d’Alger – SAFEX from 24-26 February, 2025.

Building on the incredible success of the 2024 event which featured 297 exhibitors from 22 countries with over 5,100 trade visitors from 42 countries, the organisers fairtrade and Messe Düsseldorf have announced an even more vibrant experience for 2025.

In response to the overwhelmingly positive feedback from both exhibitors and visitors, printpack alger will feature as an annual event, a landmark decision after being a biennial trade show for 16 years.

As the leading investor in printing and packaging technology in the Maghreb and ranking among the largest importers of printing and packaging technology in Africa enables Algeria to develop and diversify its own production, increase its exports, and replace imports of consumables. Along with increasing industrialisation and a rapidly growing population, the Algerian printing and packaging industry is witnessing robust growth.

Against this backdrop, printpack alger plays an important role in raising awareness among the Algerian public of environmentally friendly materials and packaging, and increasingly familiarizing them with green solutions and the circular economy.

The 2025 edition will have strong global participation featuring eight official national pavilions from Austria, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Türkiye, besides host Algeria. printpack alger will feature an entire gamut of exhibits including prepress and premedia systems and software; machinery and related appliances and accessories for bookbinding and print finishing, converting, packaging, and printing; and packaging materials.

The event’s ‘exportal’ portal also provides great networking and B2B matchmaking opportunities with all exhibitors, products, and visitors.

With hundreds of billion dollar investment programmes making Algeria an economic powerhouse in Africa, exhibitors are expected to benefit in a major way from their participation.

printpack alger is co-located with plast alger.
