The new positioning within the international calendar responds to companies’ needs and confirms Print4All’s central role at European level; versatility of printing and converting and the role of the human factor shape the new visual identity that will accompany the event’s promotional activities through to 2027; Print4All Conference returns to Varese on July 2026 with focus on Human+Machine and Human+Life pairing
A new era begins for Print4All, the trade fair for the printing and converting sector. Organised by Fiera Milano and promoted by Acimga and Argi, the exhibition, dedicated to machinery, technologies and materials, has officially become a biennial event. Following the positive results of the 2025 edition – which registered the participation of 269 exhibitors and more than 20,297 professional visitors from 68 countries – Print4All will welcome industry professionals again at Fiera Milano from 25-28 May 2027.
The new timing has been strategically defined to respond effectively to the evolving international calendar of events for the printing industry and confirms Print4All’s determination to continue offering the market an appointment fully aligned with the needs of the sector and its key players.
The trade fair thus aims to further strengthen its position as a reference hub and meeting point for the entire printing and converting supply chain, and as a tool to support companies and professionals in identifying new global growth opportunities. This comes at a complex economic time, in which the Italian market is nevertheless proving resilient, despite the challenging international geopolitical context and US tariff policies – the United States remaining the leading destination for Italian exports also in 2025. The past year has in fact confirmed Italy as the world’s third largest exporter of printing and converting machinery, with a 10% market share (source: Acimga).
Even in an era dominated by digital communication, print continues to represent a fundamental point of reference. Starting from this premise, Print4All works to promote the market and its constant progress. Material processing techniques and printing on any type of substrate have a unique and irreplaceable value: they create uniqueness and foster a tangible, long-lasting connection between people. Packaging, labels, magazines, posters, or brochures are not merely information carriers, but tools capable of conveying values, culture, and emotions through physical contact, material quality, finishing techniques, and attention to detail. From printed materials accompanying a cultural event, to an invitation celebrating a special moment, through to labels and communication materials that tell the story of a brand’s identity, printing and converting play a fundamental role in giving shape to ideas, making them tangible and shareable, and strengthening the bond between those who communicate and those who receive the message.
Print4All 2027 also reaffirms its role as an aggregator for the corrugated cardboard supply chain, giving space both to production and handling technologies and to traditional and digital printing technologies, with Corrugated Experience.
The New Print4All High-Impact Visual
To best convey the spirit driving the new chapter of Print4All and to offer an original interpretation of the ongoing evolution in the printing and converting world – increasingly close to the needs of the audiences targeted by printed products and packaging, and capable of conveying not only messages and information but also sensations and emotions – a new, colourful, multi-layered, and high-impact visual has been created.
Conceived and developed by Advision, the image that will represent Print4All 2027 tells the story of the infinite expressions of printed products. Print is not just a medium, but language, matter, colour, and emotion. The many dimensions of printing and converting take shape in the image through an explosion of elements that surround us, envelop us, and fill our lives with variety. Textures, papers, inks, typefaces, patterns, materials, and colours blend together to create a vibrant, layered, and immersive composition.
The claim reinforces the values of relationship and effective communication that animate and inspire the many facets of print: “PRINT FOR ALL WHO HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY”. A key message addressed to the market, it positions Print4All as the trade fair for anyone with a message to convey, affirming that material processing and printing technologies are strategic, powerful, and versatile tools serving all markets that need to communicate.
Print4All Conference in July 2026
While awaiting the next edition of Print4All, printing innovation will once again take centre stage during an event that has now become a true tradition for the Italian printing and converting community. The new edition of the Print4All Conference will take place on 1-2 July 2026 at Ville Ponti Congress Centre in Varese. The event, organised by Argi and Acimga, allows the entire printing community to meet, exchange views, and take stock of the market.
In a context where automation, artificial intelligence, and robotics are redefining the boundaries between human skills and technological capabilities, the conference aims to explore the balance of the new industrial paradigm, where the real challenge is not only to introduce innovation, but to harmonise people, machines, and data for an increasingly intelligent and sustainable printing and converting sector.
The 2026 edition will focus on the Human+Machine and Human+Life pairing, creating an ongoing dialogue between technology and humanity, between industry and everyday life. Once again, market research, professional experiences, corporate best practices, and technological innovations applied to the concrete needs of brand owners will provide opportunities to reflect, grow and understand how the market is changing and what challenges lie ahead.
