The 22nd International Printing, Packaging and Related Machinery Exhibition of Iran will be attended by 750 national and foreign companies, head of the country’s Lithograph Union announced.
The expo will be held late December in Tehran’s permanent international fairs grounds.
Foreign representatives and companies from countries namely Germany, China, Denmark, Japan, Korea, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Finland, Turkey, France, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Iraq, Pakistan, Switzerland, Brazil and Tajikistan will attend the expo.
Ahmad Abulhassani said that foreign companies have welcomed the event warmly and added that Germany’s Heidelberger Druckmaschinen will be attending the expo after 32 years.
The company’s representatives will present the most modern print machineries and explain their features to the visitors, he added.
He also said that members of the board of directors of the Print House Union from Iraq Kurdistan will be present at the exhibition which can indeed boost bilateral cooperation considering the region’s market for Iran’s print companies.
Out the 750 companies, 130 are foreign ones most of which will be attending the expo through their branches in Iran.
Moreover head of the Union of Print Industry’s Exporters Babak Abedini said that the exhibition is indeed a significant event since it attracts foreign investment and expands non-oil exports in the post-sanction era. The exhibition also aims to draw the huge market of Middle East countries, CIS, Pakistan and North Africa.
The 22nd International Printing, Packaging and Related Machinery Exhibition will be held from Dec.23-26 in Tehran.
