For the fourth consecutive year Masar Printing and Publishing (part of Dubai Media Incorporated) completed the production of all 3.3 million text books commissioned by UAE Ministry of Education for the present academic year. The books include 82 titles for public schools and 85 titles for private schools as well as teachers’ guides.
Faisal bin Haidar, the Executive Director of Printing and Distribution Sector in Dubai Media Incorporated said:” Masar completed the whole production operation by the end of last July and provided all required quantities in cooperation with Curriculum Department at the Ministry of Education. He also added that the close cooperation between Ministry of Education Curriculum Department and Masar led to a smooth and uninterrupted print production. On the other hand the new web platform sponsored by the Ministry allowed the private schools to place their orders online in a record time, saving time and efforts.
Faisal bin Haidar also added that the printing operation started in an organized way and followed a methodology planned by the Ministry of Education Curriculum Department which enabled Masar to deliver the books on time.
