FASTSIGNS International, Inc., franchisor of FASTSIGNS, the leading sign, graphics and visual communications franchise, announced today that it opened 30 centers across the U.S. and Canada and signed 44 franchise agreements. Among the new franchise agreements is a 16-unit Master Franchise Agreement with the Famalco Group to open centers throughout Malta, Italy, and Greece over the next several years.
FASTSIGNS has experienced a surge in franchise development and international growth this year fueled by its continued success and the ongoing worldwide need for visual communications and digital signage technology. Markets with planned FASTSIGNS openings for the remainder of 2017 include Phoenix, Arizona; Hartford, Connecticut; Dallas, Texas; Detroit, Michigan; and throughout the state of Florida. FASTSIGNS is also seeking qualified candidates to grow its international footprint in target markets throughout the world, including Brazil, Quebec, South Africa, Southeast Asia, India, Europe, and Latin America.
“This has been a banner year for FASTSIGNS’ growth both in the U.S. and abroad — a testament to the strength of the brand and our proven business model,” said Mark Jameson, EVP of Franchise Support and Development, FASTSIGNS International, Inc. “As we begin to close out 2017, we’re continuing to aggressively target expansion in key markets globally and are looking forward to meeting with potential franchisees at the upcoming Franchise Expo West as we continue to grow our presence nationally.”
FASTSIGNS is actively seeking qualified franchise candidates to continue its aggressive expansion and will be exhibiting at Franchise Expo West in Los Angeles from Nov. 2-4, 2017 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Entrepreneurs are invited to meet with the brand’s franchise development team at booth #306 to learn more about new franchise offerings particularly in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties.
Steve Adrian, a FASTSIGNS franchisee, discovered the brand on a top military-friendly franchises ranking while researching the best concepts to invest in as a veteran. He joined the company in 2015, and today he and his wife are owners of a successful FASTSIGNS franchise in Lynchburg, Virginia.
“We liked the business model and wanted to work for ourselves. FASTSIGNS gave us the autonomy we wanted but without the risk normally associated with starting a new business on your own,” said Adrian. “We’ve only been open for just over two years, but we’ve already exceeded our sales goals and have plans to double our space in the next year.”
