Ahmed Jaber, Vice President of the Export Council for Printing, Packaging and Paper, said that the increase in exports is mainly due to easing of preventive measures during the third quarter of this year.
Jaber further explained that The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many events around the world to be cancelled or postponed. That is why the council’s strategy is to increase the sector’s exports and cooperate with the Commercial Representation Authority while holding virtual meetings and electronic marketing. On the other hand, the Council focuses on exporting printed books as an added value service.
