FESPA 2026 proved to be an outstanding success for Brother, as visitors from across the garment decoration and print industries experienced the company’s latest hybrid direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-film (DTF) technologies and industrial production solutions first-hand.
Throughout the exhibition, Brother demonstrated its established hybrid DTG and DTF systems, including the GTXpro, highlighting the flexibility, print quality, and workflow efficiency required in modern production environments. The booth attracted interest from distributors, garment decorators, and print professionals looking to scale production while maintaining consistent quality.
Industry Response to DTRX Industrial DTF Solution
A major highlight of the exhibition was the live presentation of the DTRX industrial DTF system. Developed for medium- to high-volume production environments, the DTRX attracted attention throughout the show, with positive feedback from visitors and production professionals alike.
Attendees observed the combination of high production speed, stable continuous operation, and consistent print quality. Even during demanding demonstrations at elevated production levels, the DTRX maintained outstanding colour consistency and repeatable results, which are important factors for professional print providers handling large-scale or brand-sensitive production.
The integrated all-in-one workflow, including adhesive application and curing, also demonstrated clear advantages in reducing operator intervention and simplifying industrial DTF production. Visitors recognised the DTRX as a serious industrial solution designed for businesses seeking reliability, scalability, and long-term production efficiency.
Folker Stachetzki, Marketing Manager at Brother Industrial EMEA, shares key features of the industrial printing solution: “The DTRX offers a wide range of features, including custom-built printheads and specialised DTF ink designed for continuous, 24/7 printing across an 80 cm width. This machine has undergone a year of rigorous testing specifically for high-volume industrial printing.”
MYZE Receives EDP Award for Innovative Software
Another milestone during FESPA 2026 was the achievement of MYZE with the European Digital Press (EDP) Award for innovative software. The award highlights MYZE’s contribution to workflow automation, production management, and intelligent process optimisation within the print industry. “MYZE is engineered to safeguard production, utilising dedicated control stations at every stage to reduce operator mistakes and highlight workflow errors,” explains Stachetzki.
This award positions Brother as a hardware manufacturer and also as a provider of complete workflow and production solutions for modern print environments. The strong interest in MYZE during the exhibition confirmed the growing demand for smart software solutions that help businesses improve efficiency, transparency, and operational control.
Visitors were also able to experience MYZE live at the booth through the production of personalised cotton bags created during the show. The live workflow demonstration showcased how software integration and customisation can be seamlessly combined to deliver efficient and highly flexible production capabilities.
Collaboration with MUTOH
FESPA 2026 also marked the beginning of a future relationship between Brother and MUTOH, with both booths positioned directly opposite each other during the exhibition—a symbolic start for a common future and closer collaboration within the industry.
Giveaway Competition and Market Interest
The exhibition competition created excitement throughout the show, with a visitor from Berlin, Germany, winning a GTXpro system. The giveaway highlighted Brother’s commitment to supporting garment decorators and engaging directly with the printing community.
Support for FESPA Foundation
Brother also supported the FESPA Foundation initiative during the exhibition by donating printed sports shirts for children. This project highlights the positive contribution that printing technology can make to society and reflects Brother’s dedication to supporting meaningful initiatives within the industry.
Successful FESPA Conclusion
FESPA 2026 demonstrated the growing demand for industrial-level DTF production, hybrid printing flexibility, and integrated workflow solutions. Thanking all visitors, partners, distributors, and customers who visited the booth and contributed to a successful event, Stachetzki comments, “FESPA remains our premier venue for unveiling new innovations. It is an exceptionally professional exhibition where every participant is eager to share market insights and engage in deep technical discussions between industry experts and visitors. Attending FESPA truly delivers the complete package.”
Looking forward, the company will continue to support print professionals with innovative technologies, reliable production systems, and award-winning workflow solutions in the years ahead.
