BOBST, Partners Host Lahore Forum, Share Future Vision

Industry leader BOBST has successfully wrapped up its recent roadshow in Lahore, Pakistan, in collaboration with its key partners.

The event took place on 2 December 2025, hosted at Nishat Hotel, Johar Town, by Salman Hanif, CEO of SAL-IM PAKISTAN (PVT) Ltd – the authorised agent for BOBST in Pakistan. Along with other partner companies Esko, Coim Group, and Colines SpA, the gathering provided a platform for industry experts to discuss current trends, future visions, and groundbreaking technological advancements within the sector.

The conference featured a packed agenda of presentations and technical sessions designed to showcase advancements across various packaging sectors, including folding carton, corrugated board, and flexible packaging.

Following the welcome address, the event commenced with Khaled Joundi, BOBST Zone Business Director Middle East, Egypt & Pakistan, offering insights into emerging trends and the company’s future vision for the packaging industry.

The day featured several presentations by BOBST specialists focusing on various advancements and solutions. Brahim Saidi discussed strategies for enhancing performance via improved service offerings; Marc AbiChahine showcased BOBST’s innovative, sustainable, and customer-centric solutions tailored for folding cartons; and Hagop Tavitian introduced the FFG NOVA & VISION as efficient full-line solutions designed for converting diverse box sizes.

Subsequent discussions included Ilyes Ben Jaafar, Alberto Gianotti, and Mauro Luini, who covered efficient full-line solutions for converting various box sizes, advancements in CI flexo printing, gravure printing and laminating, and inline flexo printing for labels.

A notable introduction was the new EXPERT K5, touted as the world’s first metallizer with Autonomous Drive, presented by Pedro Bartulos.

Professionals from Esko, Coim Asia Pacific, and Colines also shared their visions and solutions for the industry’s future direction.

The event concluded with a Q&A session, a conference wrap-up, and cocktail reception, providing ample networking opportunities for industry professionals.
