WrapFest 2026: Global Stage for Wrapping Innovation

WrapFest 2026—to be held at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue from 19–22 May 2026—is set to provide a platform for experts and professionals across the wrapping industry to exchange knowledge, discover the latest innovations, and explore the trends that are shaping the future of the industry.

Co-located for the first time with FESPA Global Print Expo, European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, and the brand-new Corrugated and Textile, the event will offer attendees a comprehensive overview of cross-sector opportunities within print, signage, personalisation, and beyond.

WrapFest will provide visitors with access to over 2,000m² of exhibition space. Attendees will also gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of products, solutions, media, and consumables for the vehicle wrapping and vinyl applications market. These include window film, garage design and interiors, laminating machinery, vinyl cutting and finishing, inks, printable films, ramps, and lifts.

Antalis, APA, Arlon, Carlas, GSWF, HEXIS, Legend PPF, LX Hausys, and SOIF are amongst the confirmed exhibitors for the event, all of whom will showcase an array of technologies and software.

World Wrap Masters

The high-adrenaline World Wrap Masters competitions will also run within WrapFest this May. Visitors to the event can witness the World Wrap Masters European and series Final competitions first-hand, judged by industry experts Ole Solskin, Kiss ‘Luigi’ Lajos, Penélope Garrido Milla, Ivan Tenchev, Carlos Ruiz Fort, and Paige Walton.

Over the first two days of the event, World Wrap Masters Europe will see vehicle wrappers from across Europe go head-to-head to wrap a variety of special objects and vehicles. On days three and four of the event, regional champions will battle it out to be crowned World Wrap Masters 2026 champion in the Final of the global series.

WrapTalks

Visitors will also be able to join the free-to-attend WrapTalks sessions across all four days of the event. Throughout a series of panel discussions, visitors will gain detailed insights into the latest trends and challenges within the industry, as well as learn about how they can expand their business.

Confirmed sessions include ‘Pixels to Panels: The Wrap Production Pipeline’ with Wrapstock and Wrapstyle Co-Founder Martin Turecek and CVI Group Director Chris Edwards. Additionally, Edwards, Dash Wraps Director Shaun Winfield, and Tim Evans, Founder of WrapperMapper.com, will present ‘Inside the Wrap: Creative Projects That Pushed Boundaries’. Finally, ‘Women in Wrap: Breaking Barriers, Building Futures’ will feature Paige Walton, CEO and Founder of The Vehicle Wrapping Academy, Jen Carney, Founder of Women of Wraps, and MissWrapz Director Megan Cadogan.

FESPA Head of Marketing and Events Duncan MacOwan comments, “We are pleased that WrapFest 2026 will take place alongside our flagship global events this year. As part of our ongoing commitment to expanding the FESPA community through meaningful connection, inspiration, and support, we are confident that this integration will provide visitors with enhanced opportunities to engage across multiple sectors.

“Since its launch in 2023, WrapFest has established itself as a key meeting point for wrapping professionals, which offers valuable insights into the latest trends and innovations across the sector. It has consistently enabled attendees to identify and capitalise on opportunities that drive business growth and we are confident that bringing these events together will further strengthen this impact. We look forward to integrating the industry even further in Barcelona this May.”
