The speciality coffee industry is set to converge at Dubai World Trade Centre from 18-20 January 2026, for the fifth edition of World of Coffee Dubai. Expected to attract over 17,000 visitors and 450 exhibitors, the event will serve as a premier gateway to the Middle East and Africa’s booming $16 billion coffee market.
Designed to connect coffee producers, manufacturers, retailers, traders, and passionate industry leaders, World of Coffee Dubai brings together the best of the UAE and the wider region’s fast growing coffee scene.
Spotlight on Coffee Packaging & Design
A central theme of the 2026 show is the evolution of coffee packaging, driven by a regional surge in demand for sustainability and brand differentiation. Exhibitors such as BioPouches will showcase compostable coffee pouches, including flat-bottom and gusseted designs that replace traditional plastics without sacrificing barrier performance. Rishi FIBC Solutions is another company that will present Greenpro Guard, its latest hermetic bag technology, utilising air tight, moisture-proof liners to protect the sensory profiles of green coffee beans during transit.
The Coffee Design Awards
This dedicated competition will celebrate excellence in packaging, branding, and vessel design. Entries are judged on their ability to move beyond brand adherence to offer innovative, functional, and aesthetically superior solutions.
Beyond packaging, World of Coffee Dubai 2026 will host several high-profile events and networking hubs. The World Coffee Championships 2026 event will officially host the Cezve/Ibrik Championship that celebrates one of the oldest brewing traditions in the heart of the Middle East; UAE National Championships; Dubai Coffee Auction, the DMCC hosted live auction event; and Roaster Village & Brew Bar with dedicated spaces for micro-roasters.
The event will be held at DWTC’s Za’abeel hall 1, 4, 5 & 6.
