The Fedrigoni Group has announced its intention to acquire the French company Papeterie Zuber Rieder, specializing in the production of high-value papers used in particular in luxury packaging and in the labels of fine wines and spirits.
The company has a production plant in Boussières, in the Franche-Comte region. This acquisition aims at strengthening Fedrigoni’s offer of high-end papers: Papeterie Zuber Rieder has in fact many unique proprietary technologies for the production of papers for high-level applications in luxury packaging, art, and publishing, as well as for wine and liqueur labels, up to more technical papers.
The unique expertise of the French company would allow Fedrigoni’s Paper division to further extend its overall offer, thanks to many synergies with the newly acquired company.
