The 26th edition of the annually-held SGI Dubai, the largest international expo for the printing, signage, and graphic imaging industries in the MENA region, will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 18 to 20 September, 2023. This year’s event is expected to be a mega show that will set a benchmark for the industry.
SGI Dubai 2023 will feature a variety of industries including its flagship large-format printers, in addition to digital display, labelling, textile printing, paper and printing, precision cutting engraving, multi-function printers (MFPs), LED, screen printing, spare parts and consumables, and retail. The success story of the mega event is seen by the introduction of cutting-edge industries with new and emerging technologies such as robotics, 3D printing, and artificial intelligence (AI).
SGI Dubai 2023 will have a much larger ‘Wall of Fame’, one of the show highlights, which pits exhibitors against each other for some friendly and creative competition. Another crowd puller is car wrapping, where multiple exhibitors showcase their products and solutions in the form of live car wrapping demos.
With the industry shifting gears at a healthy pace and the MENA region emerging as a huge market, this year’s event provides ample opportunities for the 300-odd participating global, regional, and local exhibitors who will come face-to-face with the largest gathering of industry stakeholders from across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe. SGI Dubai provides a vibrant platform for meeting and connecting with industry leaders and decision makers, meeting up existing clients, identifying distributors and partners, evaluating market trends, connecting with investors, reaching out to international markets, launching new products, witnessing innovation and live demos first-hand, gaining industry insight through panel discussions, and securing spot orders.
“This exhibition is not just a platform for business-to-business interactions; it is an ecosystem of innovation and knowledge, connecting brilliant minds from diverse vertical sectors,” says Abdul Rahman Falaknaz, Chairman of International Expo-Consults (IEC), the Dubai-based organiser of the event. “As the show’s influence continues to expand, the growing number of visitors is a testament to the benefit it offers all stakeholders involved. The 2023 edition is gearing towards becoming one of the largest in the show’s history and is all set to redefine the future of the printing and signage sector, unlocking unprecedented opportunities for growth and prosperity.”
