Saudi Media Company (SMC), a leading media company in the MENA region, has signed a community partnership with Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC), a wholly-owned subsidiary and the waste-management arm of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia.
The partnership between the two Riyadh-based companies serves a number of goals including recycling and reusing all of the company’s paper materials, as well as supporting charities such as the Down Syndrome Charitable Association (DSCA) to which the proceeds from the recycled materials will go to.
As SMC is an integral part of the local community, the company took the initiative to highlight its role in social responsibility, and in its keenness to contribute to achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in preserving the environment and raising community awareness about recycling and reducing pollution.
Providing innovative solutions in the field of advertising, sports, and entertainment marketing, SMC is the exclusive media sales representative for the Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA), the Saudi Research and Media Group (SRMG) and several of Saudi Arabia’s major newspapers. The company also manages sports facilities, digital advertising, sponsorships, and management of events and festivals.
