ProPaper Dubai 2026 Expands with 3 New Verticals

Strategic restructuring directly addresses surge in regional demand for sustainable packaging, hygiene products, and paper-based solutions; co-located events highlight major growth vectors across the GCC and broader MEA markets

VERIFAIR and DuPAT, co-organisers of ProPaper Dubai 2026, the premier B2B trade show for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) paper industry, have announced an expanded platform for their upcoming edition. Scheduled for 20–22 October 2026, at the iconic Festival Arena, Dubai Festival City in Dubai, the event will introduce three co-located specialised verticals: Pro Corrugated Dubai, Pro Tissue Dubai, and Arab Sacs.

This strategic restructuring directly addresses a surge in regional demand for sustainable packaging, hygiene products, and paper-based solutions. “The increasing demand for paper products in these sectors is driven by e-commerce growth, rising awareness on health and environment, as well as from regulatory shifts away from plastic. Paper-based packaging and hygiene products are at the heart of sustainability,” says VERIFAIR Managing Director Jeen Joshua. “Focusing on Pro Corrugated Dubai, Pro Tissue Dubai, and Arab Sacs, will help ProPaper Dubai align this leading business-only event with sunrise segments that are now driving demand and investment across MEA.”

The co-located events highlight major growth vectors across the GCC and broader MEA markets. The MEA paper packaging market, valued at approximately $30.5 billion in 2025, is projected to expand at a 5.1% CAGR through 2033, anchored by substantial infrastructure investments including a massive $70 billion food manufacturing pipeline in Saudi Arabia and a booming e-commerce sector in the UAE that surpassed $8.5 billion in 2025. Concurrently, the MEA tissue paper market is forecasted to achieve a 5.02% CAGR to reach $3.2 billion by 2033, while the GCC market is expected to touch $1.8 billion by 2034, maintaining a steady growth rate of 4.1%. Additionally, the MEA paper bag and sack market is on track to hit $504.3 million by the end of 2026, growing at a CAGR of 5.2%. GCC is a dynamic market for these products, growing at a CAGR of 8.16% through 2030, and is expected to reach $700 million by the end of the decade.

ProPaper Dubai 2026 will cover the entire paper industry value chain and anticipates over 6,000 industry professionals and more than 200 exhibitors, complemented by high-level industry conferences and the ProPaper Dubai Awards celebrating excellence in sector innovation and sustainability.
