Printech exhibition, which was held last month, concluded on a successful note at the Cairo International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The event was attended by Sudanese Minister of Industry, Engineer Abdulwahab Osman, Saad Hamdan, president of Amireya printing press, Walid Hilal, president of Export Council for Chemical Industries, Muhammad Geneidi, head of industrial investor association along with other members from the printing industry in Egypt.
Khaled Abdu, Chairman of the printing and packaging industries said that the exhibition is the first of its kind that caters to the printing, packaging and advertising market of Egypt. He added that the show provides opportunity for companies to review the latest products, services and technologies available, as well as contributes to the development of the industry.
Around 45 companies from Egypt participated at the show and displayed their capabilities. Meanwhile, Digitech, a digital printing conference, was held along with the show, which was attended by regional and international experts in the field. Seminars were held as part of the show, which talked about the developments of the digital printing industry in the region.
