Talking about the products, Shyam Babu, director of Nilpeter ME, said, “During the event we plan to highlight FB-3 and FA-4 UV flexo presses from Nilpeter. The FB-3 offers the highest level of servo automation in its class. It has a dual-axis servo transport system to deliver high quality printing, with precise print-to-cut registration, over a range of substrates. Short web paths allow fast job changeovers with a minimum of start-up waste. FB-3 presses also include Nilpeter’s Cleaninking system for water-based or UV-cured flexo inks.”
He further added, “Nilpeter’s sleeve-based FA-4 is equipped to produce premium-quality self-adhesive labels, and thin-film flexible packaging. It is completely servo-driven with minimal manual controls. Press setups are measured in just a few minutes, allowing profitable production of quite small print runs with a variety of repeat lengths. Options include freely positioned UV-rotary screen, and hot and cold foil printing modules.”
