The 2025 edition of in-cosmetics Global, the leading event for personal care ingredients, will be held at RAI Amsterdam, Netherlands, from 8-10 April 2025. The three-day event will see over 1,000 exhibitors and more than 12,000 attendees.

With science at its heart, the show serves as the leading international launchpad for innovation. It brings together personal care suppliers of ingredients, fragrances, lab equipment, and testing and regulatory solutions under one roof to drive the global cosmetics industry forward with groundbreaking technologies and materials.

“Following a record-breaking show last year, the 2025 edition certainly promises to be an exciting one, with a stronger focus on high-level cosmetic science, technical expertise, and innovation,” comments Exhibition Director Roziani Zulkifli.

Uniting the global cosmetics industry, in-cosmetics Global drives innovation, fosters connections, and delivers insights that shape the future of beauty. Beauty creators see this as an exceptional platform to explore new ingredients, uncover emerging trends, and craft formulations that captivate consumers and meet evolving expectations.

Comprehensive Programme

The comprehensive show programme will have sessions featuring top speakers and industry influencers diving into key themes including marketing trends, sustainability, product testing, and formulation techniques, besides providing essential networking opportunities.

Attendees will have much to see and do. They can access market intelligence from top research agencies like Euromonitor International and Mintel; explore technologies, specifications, and innovative concepts from suppliers like Clariant and Solvay; embark on skin protection, femcare, and neurocosmetics tours; discover innovative and newly launched active and functional ingredients, tailored for R&D professionals and cosmetic scientists; hone formulation skills with expert guidance from suppliers like Roka Furadada and Kobo Products; and source green solutions across the zone by exploring the theatre, forum, display area, and pavilion.

In the Test and Try segment, explore vibrant pigments and colour trends shaping the next era of colour cosmetics at the Make-up Bar, while at the Sensory Bar, transformative textures in moisturisers, evocative fragrances for haircare, and heavenly tastes for lipsticks can be discovered.

Product safety, stability, and extended shelf life can be ensured by exploring the latest trends in lab equipment, measuring devices, testing methods, and regulations at Testing, Regulation & Lab Zone. Attendees can participate in Boost Your Test, gain expert insights at the one-day forum, and connect with vendors across the zone. “This year, we will be placing greater emphasis on exploring the industry’s testing and regulatory processes, as this area becomes increasingly important across various regions,” says Zulkifli.

Other highlights include the First Time Exhibitor Zone showcasing innovative contributions from over 100 new exhibitors and country pavilions for exploring the global marketplace. While Fragrance Zone offers expert advice and a chance to explore regional differences, and source aromatic components from suppliers like Eurofragrance and LUZI, Indie Trail identifies companies offering ingredients in smaller quantities.
