Emirates Trans Graphics (ETG) have expanded its product portfolio within packaging, digital and security printing sectors by entering new partnership deals with 3 European companies.
ETG signed the formal agreement with Rossini for being their sole agents in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Riyadh during the Converflex/Grafitalia exhibition held in Milan. The ETG office in Riyadh, which was known as ‘Alhashemi Printing Equipments & Material Suppliers’ will be now known as ‘Rossini – Saudi Arabia’ and it will cover and service all customers in the Kingdom and other Gulf countries. As part of the agreement, ETG will be handling flexo sleeves & Carrier adaptors for flexo machines wide/ narrow, Speedwell Rotogravure sleeves with ESA system, special rubber rollers for coating laminators, solventless dry lamination and hotmelt and wax processes and various other affiliates.
ETG also entered into cooperation with Uteco-Italy to be their sole distributor in Saudi Arabia. Under the deal, ETG will be providing wide flexographic printing presses, stack presses, CI type presses and in line type presses. They would also be providing laminators- solventless, solvent based, multiple type or dual and coating lines, gravure printing presses, coating machines and special units.
As part of the agreement entered with Rotatek, Spain, ETG will also distribute the company’s semi-rotary and rotary presses combining offset and flexo with sleeves, combi rotary narrow web configuration presses for producing multiple labels, flexible packaging substrates and security printing products. ETG will be representing Rotatek products in UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
Mohammed Alhashemi, Managing Director of ETG says, “We believe that the packaging industry, even during the recession has registered only growth. This trend will continue to grow in the coming years, unless any revolutionary changes are to happen in the consumer packaging goods. As part of strengthening our packaging segment, we now have consumable supplies for flexo and gravure industry from Rossini, and also have tied up with SIMEC group Italy for their Anilox rollers for flexo, mechanical and laser engraved rollers, embossing rolls, cleaning systems etc. We have also signed a distributor agreement for wide flexo, coating laminators, gravure presses and accessories from Uteco, Italy. We have as well signed for the narrow rotary and semi-rotary and combined flexo technology, offset and gravure presses from Rotatek, Spain.”
