WITPAC to Show off its Innovative Weeding System

The new patent pending weeding system called “Weed-Ex” will be presented at FESPA 2018 in Berlin. The WITPAC-Team will demonstrate how easy it is to work with. In detail, the flex film is laminated two times and will be cut with a special software called CoCutPro.
The software will allow cutting the material with different settings at the same time. First of all the outline will be cut as usual, but the inline will be cut twice. The first carrier will be cut through. The inline will stick to the second carrier while peeling off the first one. In the end, you will have a complete weeded product without having to weed the in-lines.
“Weed-Ex will save you time and labor cost. While having less material loss due to mistakes in weeding, you are able to increase your working capacity and accept larger orders from your customers,” said the company in a statement.
