Lebanon’s The Laser Shop Meets Deadlines with HP PageWide XL 4000 MFP

The Laser Shop, a printing services company based in Lebanon, has expanded its printing capabilities with the new HP PageWide XL 4000 Multifunction Printer (MFP). The printing services company provides a comprehensive array of copy and print services to construction companies and businesses, as well as architecture and engineering students.

The Laser Shop was looking for a solution that would allow them to meet tight project deadlines for large format drawings, both monochrome and color. With the first HP PageWide XL 4000 MFP installed in Lebanon, The Laser Shop employees can now print monochrome, color engineering and construction drawings on the same device at high productivity speeds.

This allowed the company to meet peak project deadlines including same day requests. Further, the versatility of the HP PageWide XL 4000 MFP technology allowed printing on different media types thus unlocking growth opportunities in new market segments such as retail posters.

“Over the past few years, the evolving nature of the industry has contributed to a rise in demand for high-quality printing solutions with the pressure of meeting tight deadlines. With the addition of HP PageWide XL 4000 MFP to our portfolio, we have now expanded our capabilities and reduced operational costs, while increasing output with minimum impact to the environment.” said Helena Elia, General Manager at The Laser Shop. “Since we started using the HP PageWide XL 4000 MFP, we managed to increase our market share compared to our competitors by offering timely delivery of urgent requests and eliminating the use of outsourcing important tasks at peak hours, which otherwise could cause delays and reliability risks.”

HP PageWide XL 4000 MFP facilitates expanding print services to new applications such as retail posters and personalized gift wrapping paper. This is a major step for the us to ensure we have continued growth and new revenue streams.
